The Parliamentary Year Book team have been working almost non-stop over the last few weeks, with the reception gathering at the House of Commons and the curriculum review yesterday. So we were really pleased that our hard work paid off with two positive pieces of coverage in the Guardian this week!
The initial piece ‘Citizenship education is integral to big society‘ focused on the Parliamentary Year Book gathering and the legal aspects of citizenship education. The second ‘Don’t scrap citizenship lessons, teachers plead‘ published on the day of the review discussed what might happen if citizenship was cut.
